3.1. All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the RPG, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, audio, and software, are owned by or licensed to Sorcerer RPG and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content or materials associated with the RPG without the prior written consent of Sorcerer RPG.
4. User Content
4.1. By submitting any content, materials, or information to the Website or the RPG, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, and comments (“User Content”), you grant Sorcerer RPG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the RPG and the promotion of Sorcerer RPG.
4.2. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit User Content to the Website and the RPG and to grant the foregoing license to Sorcerer RPG.
